Contact forms collect the details you submit, enquiry context, consent record and optional attachments. Newsletter signup stores your email, consent and subscription status.

Analytics without consent

To understand basic site reliability and page popularity, each public visit may contribute an unlinkable aggregate record containing the page path, broad device, browser and operating-system family, referral host, campaign parameters and coarse country or region only when a trusted hosting proxy supplies it. No persistent session identifier, time-on-page, scroll depth, screen details or raw IP address is stored for visitors who have not accepted analytics.

Analytics with consent

If you select “Accept analytics”, a first-party preference cookie allows an anonymous, keyed session identifier to connect page views and measure approximate engaged time, scroll depth, screen class, locale and timezone. This data is used only to improve the portfolio and does not include your name, email or raw IP address.

Purpose and retention

Information is used to respond, manage professional opportunities, protect forms from abuse and improve the site. Analytics records and consent decisions are retained for up to 365 days, subject to earlier expiry of the preference record. Enquiry records are retained only while operationally or legally necessary.

Sharing and access

Information is not sold. It may be processed by essential hosting and email providers. Newsletter messages require confirmation and include an unsubscribe option. You may request access, correction or deletion through the contact form.

Attachments are stored privately and admin access is permission-controlled. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
